BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Hengyi Xu is currently working as associate professor at State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology in Nanchang University. He earned his Ph.D. in Food Science and Engineering from Nanchang University in China. He has published over 70 original studies and over 20 review papers in prestigious journals.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Xu’s research is mainly focused on detection of foodborne pathogens, and toxicological/safety assessment of synthesized nanomaterials.
