BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Hung-Jen Liu is a distinguished Professor and Director of the Institute of Molecular Biology at the National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. He completed his D.V.M. degree at the Department of Veterinary Medicine in National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree from Auburn University in USA and completed his postdoctoral training in 1997 from Manitoba University School of Medicine in Canada.
He is particularly interested in studying virus and host interaction and development of subunit vaccines using a baculovirus display system. He serves as an Editor-in-Chief and editorial board members of 10 international scientific journals and published more than 150 publications, patents, and book chapters.
