BIOGRAPHY:
Gian-Aristide Norelli is the Chief of the Section of Legal Medicine of the University of Firenze (Italy) and the President of Italian Conference of Professors of Legal Medicine, President of Pro.O.F. (Forensic Odontology Project) the most important association of Forensic odontology in Italy. He became full professor of Legal Medicine at University of Perugia in 1990 and he is at the University of Firenze since 1998. He teaches in the medical and dental school and at the Faculty of Law of the University of Firenze. Coordinator of the post-graduate master in Forensic Odontology at University of Firenze. He is regularly appointed as expert witness by criminal and civil courts and co-manages the office for the damage compensation for medical malpractice of the University Hospital of Firenze. He is authors and co-authors of legal medicine and forensic odontology text books and scientific articles and he lectures nationally and internationally.
