BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Mehmet Akbulut has over 13 years’ experience in the Food Science, Food Technology and Food Engineering. He received his Ph.D. in Food Engineering Department from Selcuk University, Turkey. He has worked as a Research Assistant in the Food Engineering Department and he is also a Dean Vice-Agriculture Faculty and now he is working as an Advisory Board Member. He published several articles. He also attended several conferences and presented his work. For his contributions in the field of Food Science, Technology and Food Engineering he was honored with several Awards. He received Travel Scholarship for 2nd International Congress on Food and Nutrition, Istanbul, Turkey and TUBITAK International Scholarship Award by The Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey For North Dakota State University, USA.
