BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Yong He, Ph.D., is Professor and Dean, College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science and Director, Centre of Precision Agriculture and Rural Information, Zhejiang University, China. He was a Senior Visiting Scholar and Visiting Professor, University of Tokyo, Kyoto University and Tokyo University of Agriculture. He was a Vice Dean, College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University (2002-2010). He participated the designing of the first Biosystems Engineering program in China. He won the National Distinguished Teacher of China in 2008.
